Acceptable Use Policy

Exposql Checklist is a shared service. To keep it safe and reliable for every workspace, we ask everyone using it to follow this Acceptable Use Policy. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies whenever you access the service or publish content through it.

• Use the service to break any law, infringe intellectual property, or violate someone's privacy or publicity rights.
• Publish content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise abusive.
• Pretend that an Exposql Checklist document is legal advice from a qualified lawyer, or hold the service out as a law firm.
• Generate or distribute malware, phishing pages, scam content, or material that promotes self harm or violence.
• Use the service to process special category personal data (health, biometric, precise geolocation of minors and similar) unless you have a lawful basis and a signed Data Processing Addendum with us covering that data.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without written permission, or interfere with hosting, networking, or rate limits.
• Try to reverse engineer the service, scrape it at volume, or resell raw output as a competing AI document service.
• Submit content that you do not have the right to submit, or upload material under a license we cannot honour.

You will not use our AI features to generate disinformation campaigns, deepfakes of real people, content that imitates a regulated professional in a way likely to mislead, or output that targets a specific person for harassment.

You also will not feed the AI with prompts designed to bypass Anthropic's usage policies or to extract content the model is trained to refuse.

Documents published at checklist.exposql.com/p/...must accurately describe how your business handles data. Using a hosted policy to make false claims about your product, your certifications, or your data practices is a violation of this policy and may expose you to regulatory action by third parties.

If you see content or behaviour on the service that violates this policy, please email hi@exposql.com with the URL and a short description. We review reports during business hours.

Depending on the seriousness, we may remove or unpublish the offending content, suspend AI features for the workspace, require you to confirm corrective steps, or terminate the account as described in our Terms of Service. We may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with their requests.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the product or via email to workspace owners.
