Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Exposql AI Labs ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using Exposql Checklist (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a compliance checklist and document studio for software businesses. It generates policies and contracts from templates, offers an editor to customise them, and hosts published policy pages at public URLs. The Service does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.

You must be at least 18 to register and must provide accurate sign in information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. Notify us promptly at hi@exposql.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service is offered on a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale). Paid plans renew automatically each month at the then current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

AI features use a credit system. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Credit packs can be purchased at any time. Credits never expire and are non transferable. AI features pause when the balance reaches zero; manual editing and downloads continue to work.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are issued at our discretion or where required by law.

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send unsolicited communications, attempt to compromise our infrastructure or other accounts, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

You retain all rights in content you upload, generate or edit through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free licence to host, display, transmit and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content is accurate and lawful.

AI features generate outputs probabilistically and may contain errors. Outputs are provided as is for your review. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sending, or relying on them. AI outputs are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Your AI inputs are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, under enterprise terms and are not used by them to train foundation models. See our Privacy Policy.

Documents you publish through the Service are served at a public URL. You control when to publish and update. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any document you publish. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Service, including its software, templates, brand and design, is owned by Exposql AI Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that documents generated will satisfy any particular legal requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
